2. Description of Service

ShareSift is a professional content curation platform that provides:

Personalised LinkedIn-ready articles curated by AI for your role and industry
AI-generated LinkedIn captions for articles
Career progression playbooks and guidance
Professional tools and resources

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use ShareSift
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use ShareSift for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
Share your account credentials with others
Use ShareSift to spam or harass others
Attempt to circumvent any security measures
Use automated tools to access the platform without permission

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Articles curated on ShareSift are sourced from third-party publishers. ShareSift does not claim ownership of third-party content. AI-generated captions are provided for your personal use on LinkedIn. ShareSift's platform, design, and original content are owned by Raviteja Ure.

6. AI-Generated Content

ShareSift uses artificial intelligence to generate article captions and career guidance. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may not always be accurate or suitable. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before publishing it. ShareSift is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content you publish.

7. LinkedIn Integration

ShareSift helps you share content to LinkedIn by opening LinkedIn's composer with pre-filled text. ShareSift does not post to LinkedIn on your behalf without your explicit action. Your use of LinkedIn is governed by LinkedIn's own Terms of Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of ShareSift is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

ShareSift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Career guidance and playbooks are informational only and do not constitute professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raviteja Ure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ShareSift.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ShareSift after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
